PLEASE READ AND INITIAL EACH AGREEMENT BELOW:

    • This agreement stipulates the breeder will hold a place in line (in order of deposit received) ONLY for a puppy for the choice stated above, out of our next available litter(s). (initial)______________
    • If a buyer backs out for any reason, at ANY time, the deposit is forfeited (initial)__________
    • If the buyer does not specify a color/sex above, it is implied that buyer is open to any coat color/sex of a puppy out of the next available
      litter(s). (initial) ________
    • If the buyer chooses not to take an available puppy out of the next available litter(s) they can “roll over” their deposit for up to one year. If after one year, they continue to pass on available/desired puppies, your deposit is then forfeited. (initial)__________
    • Also, (ONLY) if you  continue to pass on an available puppy and our prices increase within this time, you will be charged the current prices. (initial) _____
    • There is no guarantee on the maturity size of a puppy, markings or eye color. (initial) _________ 
    • Please be aware that puppies go home at eight weeks of age.  If you are unable to pick up your puppy at this time, a boarding fee of $50.00 a day will be charged for each additional day a puppy is kept over the breeders scheduled pick up date. The pick-up date is determined by the D.O.B. of the puppy and is always stated at the top of each litter announcement on the puppy page (initial) _________

    • Please understand that we love our puppies even after they leave us and keeping in touch is extremely important.  Thus the reason we require the Instagram account to be created and maintained.  If you cannot abide by this, please do not purchase a puppy from me.
    • Purchasing a puppy is not to be taken lightly and is a lifetime commitment.

    BREEDER/SELLER ALWAYS HAS PRIORITY/FIRST PICK(S) OVER/BEFORE ANY BUYERS PICK(S) AND HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A SALE TO ANYONE AT ANY TIME.
